Privacy Policy on the processing and protection of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679

EU Regulation 2016/679 "General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter "RGDP"), Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" and the relative Annex A. 4 " Code of ethics and good conduct for the processing of personal data for statistical purposes and scientific " (Provision   of   Guarantor   n.   2   of   16   June   2004,   Official   Official   14   August   2004). sanction the right of every person to the protection of personal data concerning him.
Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data by the researchers involved in the research activity will be based on compliance with the principles referred to in art. 5 of the RGPD and, in particular, to those of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, relevance, not excess and in order to ensure adequate security of personal data.

PRIVACY POLICY (hereinafter "Policy") pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data ("RGPD")

The CNR, as data controller, informs that the personal data relating to you, present in our database will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and of your rights.

Type of data processed

Personal data will be processed (including, by way of example but not limited to name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details - hereinafter also referred to as "personal data" or "data") communicated and collected by the IRSA.
If necessary, the following will also be processed: educational qualification, registration in professional registers, orders or associations including the registration number, job, profession, work carried out or role within the organization on which you depend, qualifications and / or professional specializations.
This Information may be accompanied, if necessary, by a specific form for the release of consent as required by article 7 of the Regulation, articulated on the basis of the further type of use of your Personal Data.
Data sent and managed for project purposes in relation to which the use for the pursuit of specific fici project objectives.

Legal Basis and Purpose of the Processing

The legal basis of the processing is the consent expressed by the interested party to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6 paragraph 1, letter a) of the RGDP.
The purposes and methods of processing of your personal data are indicated by art. 6 of the Regulation, as well as in the specific information associated with the collection and acquisition forms.
This processing is aimed at achieving the institutional objectives of IRSA for the promotion of research and innovation, such as by way of example: the sending of newsletters, the transmission of invitations to conferences and information events, the promotion of classroom and online training courses (webinars). The processing of data is also necessary for the management of requests for information and assistance relating to the institutional tasks of IRSA

Processing Methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) RGDP and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Personal data will be processed exclusively by persons authorized to process and appropriately trained, as well as through data processors linked to the owner by a specific contract. The personal data processed will not be disseminated.

Data retention

Your personal data will be processed with both paper and electronic and / or automated tools. The Data Controller will process personal data in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed; personal data may be kept for longer periods for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, in accordance with the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject ("conservation limitation") and, in any case, for a maximum period of 10 (ten) years from their collection.

Access to Data

Your data may be made accessible for the above purposes:

  • to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in Italy and within the European community, in their capacity as authorized subjects and / or internal data processors and / or system administrators;
  • to other subjects (by way of example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors .

Nature of the provision of Data and Obligation of the provision

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 lett. a, b, and c, is mandatory. In their absence, it will not be possible to execute any contracts concluded for the provision of services rendered by the IRSA. It is therefore your right to decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided and in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the services offered by the Data Controller.

Exercise of rights by Users

Pursuant to articles 15 and ss. of the Regulation, the subjects to whom the Personal Data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same from the Data Controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its '' integration, cancellation, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Personal Data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. To stop receiving information material, communications from IRSA, send an email to the sender indicating in the subject line "CANCEL REGISTRATION".
Where applicable, it also has the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 RGDP (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right of limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority as supervisory authority.
