Other areas - Lombardy - Torrente Curone

Curone stream flows through the territory of the province of Lecco. It crosses areas of high natural value and it is included, for most of its course, within the regional park  Parco Regionale di Montevecchia e della Valle del Curone. Within INHABIT project, considered the limited availability of sites showing highly natural features within HER6, Curone stream has been selected as reference site for this hydroecoregion outside Piedmont.
